Alicia Cruz-Rivera was born and raised in New York City, but in 2013, her family made the bold move west, settling in Las Vegas. Though vastly different from the East Coast, she quickly embraced the desert lifestyle and now loves calling Vegas home.  

Her passion for real estate sparked in 2017 when she recognized the incredible value the local market offered buyers. This insight led her to build a thriving, client-focused business. With a deep understanding of market trends and historical data, Alicia and her team have achieved over $30 million in sales since 2021.

Outside of real estate, Alicia cherishes time with her family, including her husband—a proud veteran—their two sons, and their energetic dog, Fury. She’s also an avid Sci-Fi fan and loves doing puzzles and hosting game nights with friends and loved ones.
