Alicia Cruz-Rivera, was born and raised in New York City. In 2013, her family made the decision to travel west, settling in Las Vegas. Although very different from the East Coast, she quickly acclimated and loves living in the desert!

In 2017, Alicia's interest in the local real estate market ignited, driven by the exceptional value it offered to buyers. This led her to develop a successful, customer-centric business model. Leveraging her understanding of the market and historical trends, Alicia and her team have recorded over $23M in sales since 2021.

Alicia is passionate about exceeding expectations for her buyers, demonstrating a commitment to anticipating and meeting their every need. Whether working with clients with a budget of $200K or $1M, Alicia ensures each client receives the same level of care and professionalism, striving to provide the best possible home-buying experience.

Beyond real estate, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband who is a proud veteran, their two sons, and dog named Fury. She also loves to host game nights and is a total Sci-Fi geek!
